It has definitely brought much excitement to the Pre-School Teachers Network.

Feels like it would be a break through for our Early Childhood Field.

More recognition for us perhaps.

It is definitely a great news.

Even for me who left the field awhile ago.

Sadly.

But I am planning for a comeback.

My unwavering passion.

I am really super touched when I saw the articles and news about Mr Philip.
He's a really wonderful man.
Yes.
He taught me before.
Creative.
Young at heart.
Passionate.
Voicing out for us preschool teachers.
Trying to make a breakthrough in our field.

Being a preschool teacher was never easy.

It really takes passion and patience.

People have been looking at us as merely babysitters.

Some even disrespects our occupation.

The fact is,

we're more than babysitters.

We're caregivers.

We're educators.

The society needs a change in mindset.

Even with that minimal pay.

Even with the disregard.

Even with the stress.

Even when we're tired.

Even when we're running out of passion.

And a whole lot of other stuff.

It's really passion.

That drives us.
